Return due to a defective product

In the case of receiving a defective product, a detailed description and a picture of the defect should be sent to the following address: store@futurenet.club.

In the case of positive consideration of the application, the product will be replaced with a new one within 14 days.

Return for no reason

Pursuant to the law, the product may be sent back without any reason within 14 days from the day of its delivery to the customer.
